HKFI engaged Mr. Cuson Lo, a renowned Hong Kong cartoonist, to portray the abstract nature of the insurance profession into something vivid and palpable. Using animated brush strokes and an entertaining storyline, a comic strip booklet showcasing careers in insurance as an underwriter, claims manager, and risk manager was created.

Over 130,000 copies of the booklet were distributed to the public, garnered positive feedback from both the government and regulatory bodies.
