Registration Enquiry
The Register of Insurance Agents ("Register") is a database of insurance agents, insurance agencies and their responsible officers and technical representatives ("Registered Persons") who are registered with the Insurance Agents Registration Board ("IARB") to carry on the business of selling/advising on insurance policies.
The sole purpose of this Register is to enable members of the public to ascertain whether or not a Registered Person is registered with the IARB and to verify the Insurance Company(ies)/Agent(cy) of which a Registered Person acts on behalf. Any use of the personal data in this Register for purposes other than the above-mentioned purpose requires the prior consent given voluntarily by the individuals who are the subjects of the data pursuant to Data Protection Principle 3 in Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
By publishing this Register, the IARB does not guarantee the performance or creditworthiness of any Registered Person.
