Appeals Tribunal

In October 1995, an Appeals Tribunal was established to determine appeals from insurance agents, responsible officers and technical representatives against the decisions of the IARB. The Appeals Tribunal may, as it sees fit, confirm, vary or reverse the decision being appealed.
